There's been a ton of chatter about how the Anthony Davis and Andre Drummond frontcourt tandem would work out together for the Los Angeles Lakers.

Well those concerns could be put to bed at least for one beautiful play against the Phoenix Suns on Sunday night. Drummond hit his All-Star teammate with a sweet one-handed lob. Davis returned the favor by extending to the heavens to slam down the alley-oop with an epic one-hander of his own.

The Lakers certainly need to be firing on all cylinders as they approach the end of the regular season. The Purple & Gold are currently entrenched in the seventh seed, which as it stands comes with a play-in date with Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors.

Following their pivotal matchup against the Suns, they Lakers host two more home games against the New York Knicks and Houston Rockets. While the Rockets matchup looks like a gimme for Los Angeles, the Knicks contest is anything but. New York ousted the Clippers on the very same floor on Sunday, 106-100.

The Lakers need some standings luck, hot shooting, and most importantly a healthy set of stars as they enter the postseason hungry for a repeat championship run.
