The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly made Brandon Ingram available in trade talks, but teams interested in the young forward want to make sure that they are not getting damaged goods.

There are reportedly concerns about Ingram's health in recent trade talks after he missed the latter part of the regular season due to an injury. The former Duke University standout needed surgery to treat a Deep Venous Thrombosis, a blood clot, in his right arm.

Teams involved in trade talks with the Lakers want access to Ingram's medical records. But in terms of his current condition, it was revealed that Ingram is progressing well and will make full recovery in time for the 2019-20 NBA season. What is unknown at this point is if he will still be a Laker when he steps on the court again.

According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Lakers have made Ingram and Lonzo Ball available in trade talks with the New Orleans Pelicans. The Lakers and the Pelicans have revisited their talks for a Davis trade after failing to strike a deal before the deadline in February.

Aside from Ingram and Ball, the Lakers are shopping the fourth pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. The Lakers are trying to use the pick to get a “high-level” player who could eventually become a vital piece in the Davis trade negotiation. The Lakers are considered frontrunners in the trade talks after Davis named them as his preferred destination.
