Come summer, all eyes will be on LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard. The former is expected to leave the Cleveland Cavaliers if they don't win a ring this year. The latter, on the other hand, is in the middle of controversies with the San Antonio Spurs.

For former Los Angeles Lakers guard Byron Scott, he strongly believes the two will go to the multi-titled Hollywood team this summer. As posted by ESPN, Scott explained his case, taking pride in the Lakers' winning culture:

“LeBron is coming to the Lakers along with Kawhi. We back in the NBA Finals. It's not going to be Showtime, but it's going to be close.

Obviously, we got money under the cap. And this is L.A. This is the city where champions are made of, except if you're a Clipper. If you want to come to an organization which has a past history of winning: 17 championships.”

Scott, being a former Laker, definitely has his biases. But he has a great point. Many pundits also believe that James will move to the Lakers. Not only do they have enough cap space to accommodate his talents, they also have a young core that's expected to be in full bloom in two to three seasons.

Leonard, on the other hand, may have lost trust in the Spurs' organization. He's just 26-years-old, well within his prime. The Spurs are a great organization without a doubt. But given their performance this year, it seems that the franchise is heading towards a rough patch. It may be best for Leonard to leave quick and early.
