Channing Frye, one of the newest members of the Los Angeles Lakers, has joined in on the fun that is the roasting of outfits of his teammates.

On one of the trips during the current road trip, Frye was on the bus seated next to Lonzo Ball. Ball, in all his outfit “greatness,” was wearing some questionable garments, as per usual. So Frye decided he would make some comments.

The video below is short, but perhaps the funniest moment of it was when he pointed out the color of Ball's pants. He said they were “banana yellow, not even Laker yellow.” Let's just not mention the official color of the Lakers is gold, not yellow.

Peep the video below for the full exchange.

This outfit roasting stuff has been going on for the entire season. It mainly consists of Ball and Kyle Kuzma, but has recently extended to Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, with Brandon Ingram and Josh Hart being a subject of other types of social media shade.

Fans and reporters alike have greatly enjoyed how the team has gotten to know each other in this way, and created a bond off the court. Frye was traded to the Lakers before the deadline, so it's nice to see that even a new player can seamlessly add himself into the roster of roasters.

Frye is unlikely to be kept the Lakers past this season due to him being on an expiring contract. But he said when he was acquired that his role would be one of mentorship of the young players.

Getting into their off-the-court shenanigans with them is one way that Frye could fast track his goal of getting close to the young players and helping them develop on the court.
