Chris Bosh is picking Los Angeles Lakers star big man Anthony Davis to win the MVP award this season.

Davis is entering his first season with the Lakers. Bosh, who played four years with LeBron James on the Miami Heat, believes Davis is going to wreck havoc on both ends of the floor for the Purple and Gold franchise this season.

When he joined James and Dwyane Wade on the Heat, Bosh had to sacrifice his game a lot. Kevin Love had to do the same thing on the Cleveland Cavaliers with LeBron and Kyrie Irving.

Bosh was the main option with the Toronto Raptors, but he became the third option with the Heat next to LeBron and Wade. It took the lefty some time to adjust to his new role.

The same goes for Love, who sometimes became a spot-up shooter on the Cavs since both LeBron and Irving are such ball-dominant players.

However, LeBron has already said the Lakers are going to run their offense through Davis, who is a top-five player in the game and can score from all areas of the court.

For the New Orleans Pelicans in 2018-19, Davis put up 25.9 points, 12.0 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.4 blocks in 56 games. The six-time All-Star shot 51.7 percent from the field, 33.1 percent from the 3-point line and 79.4 percent from the charity stripe.

Davis is so talented that he could contend for the MVP and Defensive Player of the Year Award.
