Former Los Angeles Lakers president Magic Johnson set the Twitterverse alight with his claim that a lineup composed of LeBron James, Danny Green, Anthony Davis, Kyle Kuzma and Avery Bradley would be nearly unstoppable.

While this lineup would be formidable, it would require James to play point guard, an idea that some Lakers fans balked at. FOX Sports analyst Chris Broussard, however, endorsed the plan wholeheartedly and laid out the reasons for his support while on ‘Undisputed.'

Broussard makes some good points. James, even while no longer in his prime, has a knack for reading the tempo of the game and speeding it up or slowing it down accordingly. Additionally, he still has the court vision and basketball IQ of some of the best point guards in the game.

To play devil's advocate, it might not be in the Lakers best interest to have LeBron log such heavy minutes as the primary ball handler on the team. If James suffers an injury, the Purple and Gold could struggle some on the backs of Anthony Davis, a still growing Kyle Kuzma, and an unproven DeMarcus Cousins.

Regardless, new head coach Frank Vogel will definitely use this lineup at some point during the season. We will have to wait and see if it resembles the Golden State Warriors “Hampton Five” or ends up being a flop.
