Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard Danny Green has been under a lot of criticism after he missed a potentially championship-clinching triple at the end of Game 5 against the Miami Heat on Friday. The veteran redeemed himself on Sunday, as he helped L.A. clinch the title, following a huge Game 6 victory.

During his post-game celebrations, Green took to Instagram to give a shout out to all his haters (h/t Ballislife.com):

Green finished Game 6 with 11 points on 4-of-10 shooting, to go along with five rebounds, an assist, and a block. The 33-year-old also drained three triples on the evening, as he once again played a key role in L.A.'s victory.

It was not an eye-popping performance from Green by any stretch, but he certainly got the job done. This has been the role he's played for the Lakers throughout the season, and more often than not, the team has been able to rely on him.

Green earlier revealed how he and his fiancé received death threats after missing that final shot in Game 5. Sure, it was a wide-open miss that he should have made, and it would have won the chip for the Lakers, but for people to threaten the life of a player and his family — regardless of the circumstance — is absolutely intolerable.

For his part, Green made sure to call out his haters after finally winning the title with the Lakers. For the record, he is now a three-time NBA champ — with three different teams. You tell 'em Danny.
