Danny Green may only last one season on the Los Angeles Lakers.

According to Ian Begley of SNY, the Lakers will discuss Green trades with teams that have interest in the shooting guard.

Something to keep an eye on: per sources, the Lakers will discuss Danny Green trades with teams that have interest.

Green signed a two-year, $30 million deal with the Lakers in the summer of 2019. He made $14.6 million in 2019-20 and is set to make $15 million in 2020-21.

A three-time champion, Green averaged 8.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game for the Lakers in 2019-20. He shot 41.6 percent from the field, 36.7 percent from beyond the arc and 68.8 percent from the free throw line during the regular season.

In the 2020 playoffs against the Portland Trail Blazers, Houston Rockets, Denver Nuggets and Miami Heat, Green struggled. He put up 8.0 points per contest and shot only 34.7 percent overall and 33.9 percent from behind the 3-point line.

The Lakers, who won the 2020 title over the Heat in six games, have been linked to Chris Paul, DeMar DeRozan, Dennis Schröder and Derrick Rose. Green would most likely be part of a trade package if Los Angeles made a move to acquire one of those guys.

Lakers superstar big man Anthony Davis becomes an unrestricted free agent once he declines his 2020-21 player option. However, the Chicago native will be re-signing with the Purple and Gold.

Once general manager Rob Pelinka takes care of Davis, look for him to be aggressive in the trade market.
