One of the most interesting matchups that will take place early on in the 2019-20 NBA season is the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the New Orleans Pelicans on November 27th. It is the first time that four-time MVP LeBron James will square off against Zion Williamson — the player who people perceive as The King's apparent heir.

Former NBA player Earl Watson is excited to see King James go head-to-head against the collegiate phenom, and he believes that LeBron will go for 60 points against Zion and the Pelicans.

There's a brewing animosity between the Lakers and Pelicans, as they have been involved in one of the biggest trades in recent memory. New Orleans gave in to the trade demand of All-NBA forward Anthony Davis and sent him to the Purple and Gold a couple of months ago. In return, the Pels acquired three promising young players and a massive amount of draft picks.

While AD facing his former team makes up for a good storyline, the main headline of the bout will certainly be LeBron versus Zion.

A lot of people have already started to compare Williamson to James, and for good reason. Zion is the most hyped-up draft prospect since LeBron entered the league in 2003. Some experts and media personnel believe that the 19-year-old Duke University product has what it takes to become the league's next poster boy.

Will LeBron introduce himself to Zion by scoring 60 when they meet in late November? Fans just have to wait and see.
