Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram may be a star in Hollywood, but not one from the film industry. Nevertheless, that hasn’t stopped at least one fan from coaxing an autograph on a Slender Man movie poster from Ingram.

We only have Kyle Kuzma to blame/thank for this.

Kuzma has been incessantly roasting his Lakers teammates since coming over to the team. Josh Hart, Lonzo Ball, and Ingram have been Kuzma’s most frequent targets, and lately, he has zeroed in on comparing Ingram to Slender Man due to the similarity of their lanky frames. A quick peek at Ingram’s ESPN profile page reveals that the former Duke Blue Devils packs just 190 pounds of meat in his 6-foot-9 frame. That’s definitely not an ideal weight for a man that tall. Raymond Felton is just 6-foot-1 but is 15 pounds beefier than Ingram.

Anyway, it’s good to see Brandon Ingram being all sport about himself getting juxtaposed with a horror flick character. Otherwise, he could have sent the fan away or worse, ripped the poster apart. Maybe he’s also planning on getting even with Kuzma? We don’t know anything about that for sure, but this kind of interaction with each other is what makes the Lakers a fun team to watch and follow. These young Lakers players may have to tone it down a bit, though, with the arrival of LeBron James, who is serious about bringing a chip to Los Angeles.
