Los Angeles Lakers superstar Anthony Davis may not be The King, but he surely knows how to live like one.

We've come across a few photos of AD's insane $31 million mansion in Bel Air, and it's as extravagant as you may have imagined it to be–or perhaps even more (h/t James McClain of Robb Report):

Anthony Davis is clearly living the good life, right? Unfortunately, there were no shots of the interiors of the mansion, but judging by how lavish it looks on the outside, we're thinking the inside is pretty awesome as well.

The estate is reportedly inside the guard-gated community of Bel-Air Crest, which is halfway between the San Fernando Valley and the Bel Air proper. The 3.5-acre property has a 20,000-square foot living space and also boasts eight bedrooms and 9.5 baths.

According to the article, Davis purchased his new home shortly after he sold his previous property in Westlake Village in 2020. AD reportedly sold off that estate for $6.5 million last year after purchasing it for $7.5 million in 2018.

Quite an upgrade in his living condition, I'd say. Then again, the Lakers superstar is good for it. He recently put pen to paper on a massive $190 million extension with the Purple & Gold, and now we know where he's decided to reinvest a substantial chunk of his earnings.

Right now though, Davis is probably not spending as much time as he'd want in his new home. With the playoffs fast approaching, we're sure that AD is putting in a lot of work in the gym to prepare for what should be a grueling title defense for his Lakers.
