The Los Angeles Dodgers got a nice gift on Wednesday from Jeanie Buss, as the Los Angeles Lakers owner and president stopped by Dodger Stadium to distribute LeBron James jerseys to Yasiel Puig, Matt Kemp, and company. Sweet!

These LeBron James jerseys should pump up the Dodgers, who could use a little energy booster right now. The team has been struggling of late, having lost in each of their last five games to drop to 64-27 entering tonight’s three-game series finale at home against bitter rivals, San Francisco Giants.

The Dodgers are also coming off a bench-blearing brawl with the Giants during Tuesday’s 2-1 loss, so Jeanie Buss just came at the right moment to pacify the heat of the rivalry a little bit with her presents.

The Dodgers are hoping they could crack the postseason a year after making it to the 2017 World Series, where they unfortunately lost to the Houston Astros. They can’t wear those LeBron jerseys on the field, but hopefully, those threads inspire them as they try to get out of their slump.

Los Angeles is two games behind the National League West division leaders, Arizona Diamondbacks, and will fly to Seattle for a three-game set with the Mariners once they are done dealing with the Giants tonight.
