Los Angeles Lakers guard Josh Hart is currently dealing with an ankle injury, and it continues to bother him ahead of their meeting with the Denver Nuggets.

According to head coach Luke Walton, Josh Hart is still unsure whether he would gear up for Tuesday night's match-up with the Nuggets. However, Walton made it clear he won't force the second-year guard to play if he needs rest and treatment, per Ryan Ward of ClutchPoints.

Hart injured his ankle Wednesday in their 109-105 road win versus the Cleveland Cavaliers. Though hurt, he still played their two succeeding games against the Orlando Magic and the Utah Jazz.

The 23-year-old rising Lakers star was originally deemed as questionable in the team's game against the Jazz. He was only cleared in their pregame warm-ups. In those two games, however, Hart only managed to log in 15 minutes on the court and did not score a single point.

The Jazz originally selected Hart as the 30th overall pick of the 2017 draft, but he was immediately traded to the Lakers along with the 42nd pick, Thomas Bryant, in exchange for Tony Bradley.

Hart is serviceable for the Lakers, coming mostly from the bench in the games he has played in. This season, he has made 19 appearances (three starts) and averaged 9.5 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.2 steals.
