Kendrick Lamar has just dropped his latest single. The music video for the song, entitled ‘The Heart Part 5' features several deepfakes of famous Black figures, including Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant.

The song will be part of his upcoming album ‘Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers' which is Kendrick Lamar's first studio album since his album ‘Damn.' It's also his first single release as the lead artist since 2018. It is also the fifth installment of his long-running ‘The Heart' series, which he's long used to precede his bigger project releases.

Lamar used the lyrics of his song to channel some of the icons that were deepfaked onto his face, including the part where he resembled Kobe Bryant. Check out the lyrics and illusory scene featuring the late Lakers icon.
