Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James has been making headlines of late for all the wrong reasons. This is after The King was involved in an in-game altercation with Detroit Pistons big man Isaiah Stewart that led to a bloody face, a load of adrenaline, a couple of ejections, some suspensions, and a lot of talk.

LeBron pulled back the whole time Stewart was trying to charge at him, which made some folks believe that the Lakers superstar was somewhat afraid of the smoke. Well, according to Boston Celtics legend Kevin Garnett, this simply ain't true.

In a recent appearance on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, Garnett revealed LeBron's smack-talking ways. KG is literally the GOAT when it comes to trash-talking, so for him to make this revelation speaks volumes of James' attitude on the court:

“I wanted to see who was made of what,” said Garnett. “A lot of people don’t know that Bron James, he don’t say it loud, but he’ll s— talk back to you. Bron a real one.”

Garnett also reminded everyone that LeBron grew up in Akron, Ohio. The Lakers talisman was not raised in the posh communities of Beverly Hills, and in his mind, KG knows that James is “a real one.”

Garnett has had many encounters with LeBron during his days in the NBA. The Celtics icon clearly relishes their on-court battles, and as you can see from his statement above, KG has a lot of respect for the Lakers star.
