The Los Angeles Chargers take on the Denver Broncos this Sunday, and the team was addressed by Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant on Friday.

The Chargers are 7-2 on the season and have won six games in a row. They are in second place in the AFC West, trailing the 9-1 Kansas City Chiefs.

Whenever you get a chance to listen to Kobe Bryant speak, you take it. The Black Mamba is one of the greatest athletes ever and has a unique way of inspiring people through his words. It's safe to say the players on the Chargers left their meeting with Bryant even more motivated to beat the Broncos.

In 1,346 career games for Los Angeles, Kobe Bryant cemented himself as an all-time great. He holds career averages of 25.0 points, 5.2 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game. The 6-foot-6 shooting guard was an 18-time All-Star, two-time scoring champion, made the All-NBA team 15 times, was a two-time Finals MVP, and won five NBA championships with the purple and gold.

Other than meeting with teams in Los Angeles and speaking to them, Kobe Bryant is currently focused on building his media empire. The future Hall of Famer is doing “The Punies,” a fun podcast for kids. Bryant also won the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film called “Dear Basketball” in March, adding to his trophy collection.
