Los Angeles Lakers stud Kyle Kuzma does not appear to be enjoying all the activity on social media of late. So much so, that the 25-year-old recently decided to deactivate his Twitter account.

At the moment, this is what's showing up on Kuzma's account, via ClutchPoints on Twitter:

Kuzma has long been included in potential trade talks, but the whispers have gotten louder of late. Most recently, the 6-foot-8 power forward was linked to a move to the New Orleans Pelicans as part of a trade package that would bring Jrue Holiday to Los Angeles. For some reason, the deal never came to fruition, and instead, the Lakers turned to Dennis Schroder.

If the Kuzma-to-the-Pelicans rumor is actually true, then this is the clearest indication yet of L.A.'s willingness to part ways with the incoming fourth-year forward. Perhaps Kuzma is feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the mentions and DM's on Twitter, that he thought that just shutting it down completely would be the best move right now.

Last season, the former 27th overall pick averaged 12.8 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists. He saw a significant decline in his role for the Lakers since the arrival of Anthony Davis last summer, and with AD not going anywhere anytime soon, it appears that the Purple & Gold have deemed Kuzma's services as excess to requirements.

Despite Kuzma's alleged botched move the Pelicans, it would not be surprising if he ends up being traded away to a different team this offseason. He may have already played his last game as a Laker.
