Los Angeles Lakers small forward Kyle Kuzma quoted a famous line from the movie “Friday” while reacting to the news that Antonio Brown got released by the New England Patriots.

Brown got cut by the Patriots on Friday. When the Pro Bowl wide receiver tweeted about getting fired on a Friday, Kuzma used that opportunity to use one of the best lines from the movie “Friday.”

No one knows what is next for Antonio Brown. Some believe he has played his last down in the NFL, while others think he'll play again in the 2020-21 season after his off the field issues are taken care of.

For the Lakers, they are hoping Kyle Kuzma never becomes a distraction like Brown. Kuzma was the only youngster on the Lakers who survived the Anthony Davis trade with the New Orleans Pelicans, as Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram and Josh Hart were all sent to New Orleans.

Los Angeles is hoping Kuzma will be the third-leading scorer on the Lakers behind LeBron James and Davis this upcoming season. Kuzma averaged 18.7 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists in 2018-19 for the Lakers while shooting 45.6 percent from the field, 30.3 percent from beyond the arc and 75.2 percent from the free-throw line.
