Los Angeles Lakers superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis were named to the All-NBA First Team on Wednesday, and Kyle Kuzma knows how fortunate he is to be teammates with the two future Hall of Famers.

The youngster said as much on Twitter.

Behind the stellar play of LeBron James and Anthony Davis during the regular season, the Lakers were able to rack up the best record in the Western Conference standings. This comes after Los Angeles missed the playoffs in 2018-19, which was James' first year with the club.

Just about everyone who covers the NBA knew the Lakers were going to be an elite team after the organization acquired Davis from the New Orleans Pelicans in the summer of 2019. The Chicago native and James have meshed even better than expected, and now the Purple and Gold are eight wins away from winning the 2020 championship.

During the regular season, LeBron put up MVP numbers of 25.3 points, 7.8 rebounds and 10.2 assists. He has been playing with confidence in the playoffs after helping the franchise reach the Conference Finals in just 10 games.

Davis, meanwhile, averaged 26.1 points, 9.3 boards, 3.2 dimes, 2.3 blocks and 1.5 steals for the Lakers in his first season with the club.

For Los Angeles to win title No. 17 in franchise history, Kyle Kuzma has to continue his sound play in the postseason and be that reliable third option on offense behind James and Davis at Walt Disney World. The LakeShow will take on the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals.

Even though the Lakers are favored to win the series, they should take some lessons from the Los Angeles Clippers and not look down on Denver since Jamal Murray and Nikola Jokic are clearly not fazed by anything.

Game 1 of the West Finals is slated for Friday (9/18).
