Los Angeles Lakers stud Kyle Kuzma is covering all his bases in terms of maximizing his potential for success in the league. In this regard, NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski recently reported that the 6-foot-9 power forwarded has decided to sign with Los Angeles-based talent and sports agency CAA.

Kuzma joins a long line of talents, as he becomes the latest addition to the ever-growing clientele of Creative Arts Agency. CAA was founded in 1975 and in its four decades of existence, it has amassed quite a client base, which includes Hollywood A-list actors (Tom Cruise, Johnny Depp, and Brad Pitt, to name a few), renowned personalities in the world of music (the likes of Beyonce, Ariana Grande, and Kanye West), as well as a number of prominent athletes (Cristiano Ronaldo, Derek Jeter, Zion Williamson, etc.).

Kuzma's former Lakers teammate and good buddy, Lonzo Ball, is also represented by CAA, so perhaps the New Orleans Pelicans guard might have had some influence on Kuzma's recent decision.

Last season, Kuzma averaged 18.7 points (on 45.6 percent shooting), 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.4 blocks in 33.1 minutes per contest, while also draining 1.8 three-pointers per game on a 30.3-percent clip. He was arguably the second-best player in L.A. last year behind LeBron James.

More of the same will be expected of the youngster this coming campaign, as he looks to establish himself as one of the most important players in a revamped Lakers squad. The team's front office moved heaven and earth to keep him on board this summer, so surely, Kuzma will be expected to play an important role for the team moving forward.
