Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel told reporters on a conference call that only players got tested for the coronavirus.

COVID-19 tests aren't easy to come by, so Vogel and the Lakers had the players get tested:

The Lakers have completed their 14-day home isolation prescribed by the team and all players are now symptom-free of COVID-19.

The Lakers had two players test positive for COVID-19, but their identities were never reported. LA played the Brooklyn Nets before the 2019-20 season was suspended. The Nets had multiple players test positive, including two-time Finals MVP Kevin Durant.

Vogel and the Lakers had the top record in the Western Conference standings before the 2019-20 season was suspended. The Purple and Gold went 49-14 prior to Utah Jazz All-Star center Rudy Gobert's positive COVID-19 test.

While NBA owners are hopeful of resuming the 2019-20 season in the summer, the odds as of now aren't looking too good since the coronavirus continues to spread across the world.

The last time we saw the Lakers in action, they fell to the Nets at home. Superstar big man Anthony Davis missed the potential game-winning 3-pointer at the buzzer, right in front of Brooklyn's bench.

However, before that loss to the Nets, the Lakers were coming off two impressive wins over the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Clippers.
