When it comes to weight training, LeBron James is keeping it in the family.

James posted a video to his Facebook page showcasing his home training facility, with cameos from Bronny and Bryce Maximus.

We need a James Family montage a la Sylvester Stallone and Michael B. Jordan in the Rocky and Creed franchises.

It is not much of a surprise to see James indoctrinate his kids into the weight training game. LeBron has had tremendous longevity and remained at an MVP level at the age of 36 in part because he keeps his body in immaculate physical shape. He even said “I don't get tired” earlier this season.

Bronny looks like he's continuing to rehab his knee. James' oldest son had surgery to repair a torn meniscus, an injury likely to cost the Sierra Canyon product the remainder of his sophomore season. Bronny is widely regarded as one of the top players in the Class of 2023.

Bryce Maximus has yet to reach the preps level, but he has shown some promise of his own on the AAU circuit.

As for LeBron James, the Lakers star will look to lead L.A. forward after the Purple and Gold sputtered before the All-Star break.

The Lakers went 3-7 in their final 10 games before the break. Los Angeles has sorely missed Anthony Davis' two-way dominance in the frontcourt, and general manager Rob Pelinka might be motivated to add a piece or two in the coming weeks, ideally via a buyout.

In any event, James' enviable conditioning has helped him put together another MVP-caliber season. He seems to be emphasizing the need for self-care with his kids.
