Not a day goes by when the basketball world doesn't think about Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant. It's now been over two years since his tragic passing and even his ex-teammates still have him on their minds each and every day. Just ask Lamar Odom.

The ex-big man revealed to TMZ Sports that he regularly dreams about Kobe when he's having tough times, claiming The Black Mamba tells him to “keep fighting” in his dreams.

“[He's] just talking to me all the time,” Odom said of the dreams. “‘Hang in there. Keep fighting.' A lot of s***.”

Lamar Odom and Kobe Bryant played together from 2004-2011 on the Lakers and remained close friends into retirement. He said in these dreams about Bryant, Odom is either in the lab practicing with him or in an actual game.

Of course, Odom did go through a rough patch, dealing with substance problems at one point. But, Kobe's spirit has helped him through it all.

“His spirit, it's so strong,” said Odom, who also has a tattoo of Kobe on his neck. “To me, he's like not too far away. Especially when you're dreaming of someone, and they talk to you in that dream, you're definitely going to remember it.”

Kobe's spirit will always live on. RIP to the Lakers icon. You're missed each and every day.
