The ongoing series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Phoenix Suns is no ordinary first-round matchup. With huge stars like LeBron James and Chris Paul involved, you already know fireworks are bound to go off.
After several physical altercations throughout these early games, looks like we have another one to add to the list. Check out CP3 seemingly sticking his leg out against Lakers defender Kyle Kuzma.
Chris Paul went up to Kuzma immediately after, in what looked like an attempt to help him back up. But LeBron James came in to grab up his Lakers teammate right before Paul could grab at Kuzma's hand:

Was Paul just trolling Kuzma on that play like some Lakers fans suggest? That's something we'd have to ask him. But even then, we might not get a straightforward answer.
All we know for sure is that the action is bound to get even more heated between the two Western Conference powerhouses. Both headline stars in the Lakers-Suns series have massive stakes riding on the end result. LeBron James is on his quest for another title to further cement his GOAT case. Chris Paul meanwhile is hoping to add to his playoff resume, and maybe even earn his first ring while he's still playing at a high level.
