The Los Angeles Lakers took care of business on Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets as they came away with the 106-96 victory in Barclays Center. LeBron James was his usual dominant self throughout the contest and he once again served as LA's talisman on the court.

Unfortunately for Lakers rookie Austin Reaves, one particular interaction with LeBron during the game did not exactly pan out as he would have hoped for. In a now-viral clip, James is seen barking instructions at the 23-year-old shooting guard. Based on his reaction, it did not look like Reaves was on the same page with LeBron (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

Reaves looked completely confused and his reaction was absolutely hilarious. This has the makings of a new meme with the Lakers rookie taking center stage. In his defense, Reaves was able to respond to LeBron as he was walking away from his superstar teammate. We're not exactly sure what he had to say to The King, but his initial reaction is just too good to ignore.

To be fair, LeBron has one of the most intelligent basketball minds in the history of the game. His basketball IQ is second to none and it isn't surprising that sometimes, other players are unable to get on his wavelength. Don't worry, Austin Reaves, you'll probably get there someday.
