Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James pulled out another trick from his magic hat on Saturday in the fourth period of Game 3 against the Portland Trail Blazers.

LeBron hit up teammate Kentavious Caldwell-Pope with an insane pass that actually went unnoticed.

It's tough to explain the pass itself, so best to view it for yourself here:

It would have been way better had KCP made the shot! He actually had the chance for a brief moment, but he hesitated and lost his chance for a three.

LeBron James had his best game of the series on Saturday, as he led the Lakers to a 116-108 victory to lift LA to a 2-1 series lead in their first-round playoffs matchup. James finished with a game-high 38 points on 11-of-18 shooting, 12 rebounds, eight assists and two steals.

It was an important win for the Lakers, who have now avenged their Game 1 loss to the eighth-seeded Blazers. Following that surprise win by Portland, doubts began creeping in with regards to LA's title odds this season. They have quickly silenced their doubters with two straight victories over Damian Lillard and Co.

It goes without saying, however, that this series is anything but over. The Lakers are not in the clear by any means, and despite losing two games in a row, the Blazers are still very much in this series.

Game 4 is slated for Monday, and the winner of that pivotal contest will place themselves in a great position to win this intriguing series.
