Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James is back on the grind. No, it's not about bringing back Taco Tuesdays.

With still a few weeks before the start of training camp, LeBron is already in the laboratory to recalibrate his 36-year-old body for another long journey ahead. Even with getting a slew of veteran help in the offseason, The King will still be expected to carry much of the load for the Lakers, not to mention managing the different egos and strong personalities in the revamped squad.

A known workout buff, LeBron shared a series of posts about his latest routine on his Instagram Stories, including starting as early as 6:20 a.m.

It appears LeBron is channeling anew his Mamba Mentality. Because the entire world knows, Lakers great Kobe Bryant was notorious for his ridiculously early workouts. Kobe would wake up as early as 3 a.m. to put up some shots and work on his bevy of moves.

For sure, Kobe's work ethic has always inspired LeBron, who also posted short clips of his time at the gym.

While LeBron may not be as maniacal as Kobe, he's always taken a cerebral approach when it comes to his conditioning, even famously spending as much as one million dollars every year to maintain his physique from the wear and tear of the NBA season.

LeBron James has been bothered by injuries the past two seasons, in what many observers saw as signs of him breaking down. But clearly, he has more important things to deal with than a cavalcade of critics.
