Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James is still in disbelief after seeing Giannis Antetokounmpo's scary knee injury in Game 4 of the Milwaukee Bucks-Atlanta Hawks Eastern Conference Finals series.

Midway through the third quarter of the contest, Antetokounmpo tried and failed to block a lob to Clint Capela from behind. As he went down, however, his left knee buckled and hyperextended to the shock of everyone on the court and the audience who saw the replay.

LeBron, who has been tuned in throughout the 2021 Playoffs after the Lakers' first-round exit, immediately took to Twitter to send his prayers for Antetokounmpo and express his reaction to the incident.

This year's playoffs has seen several stars go down to injury, with LeBron James himself admitting he wasn't 1oo percent during the Lakers' run. The likes of James Harden, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, and Hawks starĀ  Trae Young have also sustained significant health issues that dampened the hype and intensity surrounding the postseason.

The Bucks, for their part, are certainly hoping Giannis Antetokounmpo's injury is not severe and that he won't need to be sidelined. After all, given the compact schedule of the postseason, the team simply can't afford to be without their best player.

Of course, the Bucks won't risk it the Greek Freak is not okay and there is a huge risk of a long-term issue. However, that is certainly something the team is not thinking about at the moment.
