Los Angeles Lakers small forward LeBron James is thrilled to have former NFL superstar Michael Vick join his More Than A Vote movement.

James has been at the forefront of trying to help ex-felons in the state of Florida to vote. More Than A Vote will donate $100,000 to help pay outstanding court debts of ex-felons so they can register.

Vick, of course, served jail time for animal fighting charges. He has been trying to regain his voting rights since the 2020 election is coming up.

America is the land of second chances, and Michael Vick got his. After learning from his mistakes and paying his dues, Vick is trying to become eligible to vote again since this year's election has been called the most important one in history.

LeBron James, who is endorsing Joe Biden in the upcoming election, is trying to win the 2020 title at Walt Disney World for the Lakers. However, The King will never lose sight of the bigger battle, which is aimed at not just increasing African American voter registration and turnout, but also improving education and rights protection overall.

More Than A Vote was initially launched in June when James and the Lakers were still waiting to see if the 2019-20 season would be resumed. Vick is the latest celebrity to join the movement, with Draymond Green, Trae Young, Mo Bamba and Skylar Diggins also taking part in the historic movement.
