For those playing down Draymond Green's eye poke on LeBron James, the Los Angeles Lakers star spoke out about how it really feels.

Obviously, it hurt! So much so that LeBron admitted he was seeing “three rims” right after the incident in the fourth quarter of their play-in showdown with the Golden State Warriors.

“After Draymond's finger to the eye, I was literally seeing three rims out there,” James lightheartedly said, per Rachel Nichols of ESPN.

Luckily for the Lakers, LeBron was still able to bank the long-range triple with over a minute left to win the contest for the Purple and Gold franchise. While he basically shot the ball with just one eye, the 36-year-old superstar revealed the secret how he overcame it. It's quite simple and logical actually.

“I just shot for the middle one,” LeBron furthered.

Sure enough, no one expected LeBron James to take the game-winning shot from such distance. However, he certainly made quite an impression with such legendary feat.

To recall, with the game tied at 100-all and just 1:04 remaining on the clock, James took the ball and launched what appeared to be a desperation triple over Stephen Curry as the shot-clock expired. It gave the Lakers the lead and eventually the win.

LeBron also finished with a triple-double of 22 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. After the game, Anthony Davis even joked that they should probably poke James in the eye a lot more to hit tough shots like that.

If it works, we're pretty sure the Lakers fan base will be fine with that. We're just uncertain if James' okay with that (take one for the team, eh?).
