Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James saluted Philadelphia 76ers forward Tobias Harris for his Breonna Taylor message on Monday.

During his conference call with Sixers reporters, Harris called out Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron to press charges on the officers who shot and killed Taylor.

“Nothing against the T-shirts, but we want to make sure that [Kentucky attorney general] Daniel Cameron arrests the cops and officers involved with Breonna Taylor's death. That's all I've got to say,” Harris said when asked about the NBPA initiative about custom social justice shirts, per Yahoo.

“That's going to be my answer for every question – for Daniel Cameron to step up and do what's right. That's the only message I've got today.”

Upon seeing the video online and hearing Harris' comments, LeBron gave props to the Sixers star and echoed the same sentiments.

Taylor, an emergency medical technician, was tragically shot eight times by the Louisville Metro Police Department while in her home. Numerous athletes have been calling for the police officers to get arrested. One of the officers, Detective Brett Hankinson, was fired from his post. However, no charges have been filed against any officers in the Taylor case.

LeBron's former teammate on the Cleveland Cavaliers, All-Star Kyrie Irving, worked with PlayersTV to produce a television program centered around the killing of Taylor, something the Lakers star had to be proud of.

The one-hour special produced by Irving examined how the murder of Taylor continues to highlight the lack of awareness about police brutality and provided viewers with several actionable steps to foster change and demand justice for Taylor, per prweb.com.

Until the officers who killed Taylor are arrested, African American athletes are going to continue to pressure the Kentucky Attorney General. James and the Lakers and Harris and the Sixers may be starting to play basketball again, but that won't stop the two NBA stars from using their platform to instill change in America.
