Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James recently took a quick stroll down memory lane on Instagram. The four-time NBA champ came across a decade-old post from his days with the Miami Heat, and LeBron thought it would be a good idea to use the same as a bit of a reminder for all his critics.

James once dropped a 51-point gem against the Orlando Magic after then-Magic general manager Otis Smith criticized him for joining the Heat. LeBron is not one to forget, and he used this throwback as an opportunity to send out a stern warning to everyone and anyone who “barks up that three”:

James was heavily criticized for turning his back on the Cleveland Cavaliers back in 2010 to form a Big 3 in Miami with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh. The trio instantly became the villains of the NBA, and for his part, LeBron was pretty much condemned for what many considered to be a betrayal.

James took that all in, and he let his game do the talking. His 51-point outburst against the Magic was a prime example of the same.

Despite all that he has achieved in his career thus far, LeBron continues to be hounded by critics day in and day out. He's gotten used to it at this point, and he's done an excellent job in using the noise as motivation to make himself better.

Every now and again, though, LeBron James just wants to remind all of us that all this hate simply won't get to him.
