Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James and San Antonio Spurs power forward LaMarcus Aldridge are the model of consistency.

According to Jordan Howenstine of the Spurs' PR department, LeBron James and LaMarcus Aldridge are the only two players in the NBA to score 500+ points in every season since 2006.

This is pretty impressive. Not only do you have to be an offensive stud to accomplish this feat, but you also have to stay healthy and play in enough games to score that many points.

James has been the best player in the game pretty much since he entered the league back in 2003, so it's not surprising to see him on this list. Aldridge has been a dominant post scorer for the last 10 years, but you sometimes forget how lethal he has been since he's never been on a deep playoff run.

Aldridge is averaging 18.2 points and 9.7 rebounds per game for the Spurs this season while shooting 45.9 percent from the field. The six-time All-Star is second on the team in scoring behind small forward DeMar DeRozan. San Antonio enters Wednesday with a record of 14-14.

In his first season with the Lakers, James is putting up MVP-type numbers as usual. The four-time league MVP is averaging 28.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 7.1 assists per game and shooting 52.1 percent from the floor and 37.1 percent from the 3-point line. The Lakers are 17-10, fourth place in the Western Conference.
