LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers will look at the free agency market to recruit more players, believing that it wouldn't be hard to lure in guys to play in LA.

In an interview with Rachel Nichols of ESPN, as reported by Dave McMenamin, James looked backed briefly on his recruiting efforts with the Miami Heat and admitted that he didn't have a hard time getting players to play for South Beach. He believes that it will be a similar case in LA.

“It wasn't hard getting guys in Miami, I'll tell you that,” James said, reflecting on his success with guys like Mike Miller and Shane Battier when he played for the Heat. “So now that I think being in L.A., I don't think it would be that hard to get guys here.”

Most NBA players prefer to play for big market teams as it gives them greater exposure. James admitted that during his time with the Cleveland Cavaliers — a small market team — he had a hard time recruiting people. Without dropping any names, James revealed that he had a “couple of guys” but just didn't work out.

All eyes will be on James' efforts in luring in free agents. But for the three-time champion, all of his efforts are geared toward winning — and winning right now.

“But we got to win, and at the end of the day, it's all about winning. You know, and that's what I'm trying to do right now, is to show prospects and free agents — and at the same time, show these guys that I got right now — that we can win now, and let's not worry about the future.”

Who will be the next free agent to join James and the Lakers young guns?
