With a lucrative rookie scale contract secured, Lonzo Ball did not waste time spending it, as he has apparently purchased a mansion in Chino Hills, California recently.

His new home reportedly cost him $5.2 million, as it is three-acres big, according to Beckie Strum of Mansion Global. The details of the upper fixer was intricate, including its amenities, which explains why it had a very expensive price tag on it.

“The yellow-painted European-style villa, built in 2003, has a number of luxury amenities, such as a home theater, library, staff quarters and a fireplace, but has “fallen into disrepair,” according to the listing, which presented only exterior shots. The description of the home, however, points to elaborate interiors that include coffered and cathedral-vaulted ceilings and interior balconies.”

“The property also comes with a 1,200-square-foot guest house, pool and cabana.”

Lonzo Ball signed a four-year rookie contract with the Lakers back in July worth more than $33 million, which is easily one of the biggest rookie contracts today.

The Lakers rookie is certainly living up to his big baller lifestyle and daddy can't be more proud.
