The Big Baller Brand is getting bigger and bigger. Rap icon Jay-Z is the latest notable name to come out and support the brand admitting he has bought three pairs of Lonzo Ball's signature shoe, ZO2.

TMZ Sports recently caught up with the Los Angeles Lakers rookie point guard to ask him about Jay-Z supporting the Big Baller Brand. Ball thanked the rap mogul in this short video.

Although Ball's signature shoes have received a lot of criticism over the last few months due to the high price of $495, the Big Baller Brand has gotten a lot of exposure and seems to be taking off. Jay-Z could be one of many prominent figures that will be wearing the ZO2s in the near future with Ball set to get his NBA career underway in October.

After an impressive stint in the NBA Summer League in which he led the Lakers to a title and earned MVP honors in the process, Ball won't be seen back on the court wearing the purple and gold until his preseason debut.

The Lakers will go head-to-head against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sept. 30 at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The matchup against Karl-Anthony Towns' Timberwolves will be one of five preseason games set to be played by the Lakers before the team heads into the regular season on Oct. 19 to face the division rival Los Angeles Clippers as the home team at the Staples Center.
