The Phoenix Suns got the best of the Los Angeles Lakers tonight, 123-113, in Staples Center. Before the final buzzer, the two teams were involved in somewhat of a heated altercation.

The Suns called a timeout and Kantavious Caldwell-Pope got in the way of Tyler Ulis leaving the floor. Neither budged and some shoving started, ultimately with all of the players on the floor getting involved. Except one.

Lonzo Ball was totally disinterested in the moment and just walked slowly back to the Lakers' bench, glancing back on his way.

This is not a typical reaction for an NBA player as the other nine players on the floor behaved in the expected way, rushing to the defense of each other's teammates in case anything escalated further.

On the other hand, there's nothing wrong with Ball keeping his cool in the moment and not overreacting in a way that could have caused further escalation.

Ball has been dealing with some serious struggles of late, especially shooting the ball and that has trickled into the way of his other skills. Tonight, he finished with six points, six rebounds, six assists and five steals on 3-of-7 shooting from the field. Those numbers are an improvement from what he's been putting up lately, and he also didn't get benched in the fourth of this one, finishing with 38 minutes.
