The Los Angeles Lakers will watch Game 7 between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Houston Rockets at a team dinner on Wednesday night, per Chris Mannix of Sports Illustrated.

The Lakers went 1-2 against the Rockets during the 2019-20 regular season and 3-1 against the Thunder. Houston is the only team in the NBA with two MVPs on the roster in James Harden and Russell Westbrook. However, they don't really have anyone who can guard Lakers superstar big man Anthony Davis in the post.

The Thunder, meanwhile, are led by Chris Paul, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Danilo Gallinari and Dennis Schröder. OKC's three-guard lineup of Paul, SGA and Schröder — along with Steven Adams and Gallinari — has been one of the best lineups in the NBA this season, especially in the clutch.

LeBron James and Davis rebounded nicely from the Lakers' Game 1 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round. LeBron averaged 27.4 points, 10.2 rebounds and 10.2 assists versus the Blazers, while Davis put up 29.8 points, 9.4 boards and 1.6 blocks per game.

The Lakers are one of the betting favorites to win the 2020 title with James and Davis leading the way. Los Angeles could also get back veteran Rajon Rondo, who hasn't played at Disney World due to a thumb injury that required surgery and back spasms.

Los Angeles is certainly looking forward to having Rondo serve as the second true floor general behind James.
