Los Angeles Lakers legend Magic Johnson was blown away by the strength that Vanessa Bryant showed during the Gianna and Kobe Bryant memorial.
Johnson also said that everyone who spoke or sang at the memorial did an excellent job.
Cookie & I were blown away by the strength, grace & courage shown by Vanessa Bryant as she memorialized her husband & daughter. The personal stories & beautiful family memories she shared provided comfort as she opened a window into their lives & the love of their family.

It still doesn't seem real that the Lakers great is not with us anymore. While his spirit no doubt lives among us, basketball and life in general won't be the same without the Black Mamba.
The same goes for Gigi Bryant. She loved basketball just like her dad and was on her way to becoming a special player in her own right.
The best thing people can do to honor Gianna and Kobe Bryant is by working hard and living every moment to the fullest. That's what they would have wanted others to do.
The Lakers currently have the best record in the Western Conference. Fans are hoping the Purple and Gold franchise can capture banner No. 17 this season in honor of Kobe and Gianna.
While Magic Johnson no longer works for the Lakers, he's still a voice of reason for the franchise and fan-base during these dark times. The Hall of Famer will surely do everything he can to make sure Vanessa Bryant and her daughters are going to be okay moving forward.
LeBron James and Co. are back in action on Tuesday when they host the New Orleans Pelicans.
