There's no doubt that the most moving moments during Friday's Hall of Fame induction ceremony were brought forth by the enshrinement of the late, great Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant. Perhaps the most tear-jerking moment of all was when Kobe's eldest daughter, Natalia Bryant, put on her father's Hall of Fame jacket.

Here's an endearing image of Natalia donning the famous orange jacket alongside her mother, Vanessa Bryant (h/t ClutchPoints on Twitter):

This is all but a simple image, but the emotions captured in the still certainly transcend the bounds of the photograph. The beaming smile on Natalia's face does not exhibit sorrow or remorse stemming from the untimely passing of her father, but instead, it is a smile of proud reverence.

The day was meant to celebrate the great Kobe Bryant's life and career. The way Vanessa places her hand on her daughter's shoulder is that of a mother's loving touch, while the way she looks at Natalia speaks a thousand words.

Kobe received the ultimate honor on Friday when he was officially inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. It represents all that he had achieved throughout his decorated career with the Lakers. Our only regret is that Kobe could not receive it himself. Vanessa and Natalia did a tremendous job doing so in his stead, however. It's only fitting that it's Bryant's wife and daughter who accepted the honor on his behalf. After all, he did this all for them.

Today, of all days, we miss you very much, Kobe. Rest in peace, legend.
