New Orleans Pelicans guard Lonzo Ball released a total of 21 songs last year — one more than the free throws he made as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers.

The information was discovered by Redditor u/theToBeHonestGuy. Last season, Ball played 47 games (45 starts) for the Lakers. He shot 41.7 percent from the free-throw line or 20-of-48. In terms of his music career, Ball released a 17-track album entitled “Born 2 Ball.” He also uploaded four other singles on Spotify.

As always, this has been a point of criticism among fans and doubters. Some are wondering why a guard would average just 41.7 percent from the free-throw line. They believe that Ball should've focused on the game rather than his rap career.

On the flip side, some are actually impressed by Ball's rapping. He actually has some skills and can qualify as a legitimate rapper. They also note that Ball's game can only get better as time passes.

His transfer to the Pelicans was definitely a heartbreaker for fans of the Purple and Gold. But after realizing that he'll team up with Zion Williamson, one of the most athletic freaks to enter the NBA, they strongly believe that everything will be alright. Everyone will get a full showcase of Ball's supreme passing abilities.
