It looks like the feud between Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O'Neal and Dwight Howard is still going on.

When asked by TMZ this weekend to give his thoughts on Howard returning to the Lakers, O'Neal said, “Who?! I don't know him.”

Once he clears waivers, Dwight Howard is going to sign a non-guaranteed deal with the Lakers. Howard, of course, played one season with the Lakers back in 2012-13. He averaged 17.1 points and 12.4 rebounds in 76 regular-season games that year.

Shaquille O'Neal has been ripping Howard for years. Shaq, who won three titles with the Lakers, was never a fan of Howard using his “Superman” nickname. Shaq once said Howard wasn't a dominant big man and was only a good pick-and-roll player.

Howard doesn't have time to get into another battle with O'Neal. He's reportedly going to be on a short leash with the Lakers. The former superstar is expected to be JaVale McGee's backup at center. The Lakers can cut Howard anytime if they feel he's not focused on basketball.

Last season with the Washington Wizards, Howard played in just nine games. He underwent a lumbar microdiscectomy in November, the second back surgery he has had in his NBA career. Howard put up 12.8 points and 9.2 rebounds per game with Washington.
