There's no louder LeBron James critic than Skip Bayless. But that's not something you can say about his wife, who doesn't share his disdain for the Los Angeles Lakers frontman.

In a sitdown interview with his wife Ernestine Sclafani, Skip Bayless asked about her opinion of the Lakers star. His wife admitted that she's been “afraid” to speak about LeBron with Skip at home, specifically because she has a contrasting opinion from that of her husband.

“I don't bring it up because I'm afraid. I like LeBron, I'm sorry. I'm going to admit. I do like LeBron James. I think that he's done wonderful things for being a role model,” admitted Sclafani on the Lakers star.

“I think that he seems to be a nice guy. Even after the game and they talk to him, he's really calm and he's really nice. I don't have hatred for him. He's built schools and he's done all these wonderful things.”

She specifically made mention of LeBron James' demeanor and initiatives off the court. The Lakers star has long been a positive influence off the court and has invested millions into social welfare projects such as his I Promise School in his hometown of Akron, Ohio providing quality education for at-risk children.

Skip Bayless' wife even revealed that she once ran into LeBron James, but didn't introduce herself for fear that he would immediately get hostile or dismissive of her.

I saw him walking on Central Park South one day. I was going to say hi to him but I thought that he would punch me if I told him who I was. So I just looked at him from a far. … I would like to meet him and say hello.

Skip Bayless may not be a LeBron James fan, but he's living next to one in his own home.
