Over the past couple of seasons, NBA players have shown that they are also savage when it comes to roasting others, whether they may be their teammates, fellow players or even fans. They have been very active on different social media platforms as well, and at times fire back at their critics with their own shots.

Such was the case recently with Los Angeles Lakers point guard Tyler Ennis. After reading a mean tweet from one fan, the Canadian international absolutely destroyed her by coming up with a jab directed at her and replying to the original post by referencing to her profile picture.

Ennis is just like other athletes who likely get a ton of hate sent their way, but this one didn't slop by him and made sure to respond. It also sends out a strong message to the fans that players are also human too, and could come up with hilarious replies to defend themselves, particularly on social media. He is definitely not the first one to do so, which will make his followers think twice first of what to say about him in the future.

The tweet of the fan may also serve as extra motivation for Ennis to play better moving forward. He is only averaging 3.0 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 10.5 minutes per game, but if he uses the criticism to fire him up, it could help the 6-foot-3 guard to take his game to a higher level and strengthen his case to the Lakers that he deserves to still be part of their roster in the coming seasons.
