Los Angeles Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar was a guest on ESPN's “First Take” on Tuesday and the NBA's all-time leading scorer talked about LeBron James' legacy after The King won his fourth title and fourth Finals MVP at Walt Disney World over the Miami Heat.

Abdul-Jabbar, who is often slighted in the GOAT debate when that shouldn't be the case at all, says he has a lot of respect for what James has done with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Heat and Lakers and all the off-the-court things the Lakers star has accomplished.

“Well, I think people will remark on the quality of his presence in three different cities and brought the championship each time. That's pretty impressive and I think if that's his only legacy, it's extraordinary,” Kareem Abdul-Jabbar said about Lakers superstar LeBron James.

“But he's done a lot more than that, both on the court and off the court and that's why I have a lot of respect for him, the way that he's involved politically and socially, sending all those kids to school, he's an amazing individual.”

James is the only player in NBA history to win three Finals MVP awards with three different teams. He's also the lone player to rank top-10 all time in points and assists.

Many believe James has a chance to pass Abdul-Jabbar on the NBA's all-time scoring list if he continues to play at an MVP level. With the Milwaukee Bucks and Lakers, Abdul-Jabbar scored 38,387 points. James is currently third on the list with 34,241 points.
