The statue is symbolic of O'Neal's eight memorable seasons (1996-2004) with the franchise. Shaq averaged 27 points, 11.9 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game in his tenure as a Laker.
The recently-inducted Hall of Famer led the team to three consecutive titles during his stint with the Lakers, reaping back-to-back-to-back Finals MVP awards in the process.
