The Los Angeles Lakers have recently signed Andre Ingram to a 10-day contract, and the G League veteran had a message to all the fans who have always supported him.

“To the Laker fans, I've felt your presence all of last season when the debut happened, and even throughout this season I've got nothing but support for the entire season and that's during my G-League year. I'm appreciative for your continued support. Wish I was playing one of these games in this road stint in front of you, but I know you're with me. I still feel that energy, I feel that excitement, and I still feel that joy, and I thank you for it.”

Andre Ingram earned the love and respect of a lot of Lakers fans when he made his debut for the franchise last season. With two games left, he was called up from the G League to play for the Purple and Gold who were dealing with a lot of injuries that time, and he didn't disappoint.

The 32 year-old forward scored 19 points in his NBA debut, much to the delight of all the fans in attendance at Staples Center. He became an inspiration to a lot of people by constantly working hard to fulfill his dreams, and when the opportunity was handed to him, he took advantage of it.

This season, Ingram will once again suit up for a depleted Lakers squad, and he will have the opportunity to play with one of the best players in the world in LeBron James.

Ingram is expected to suit up for the team when they face the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday, which will jumpstart the Lakers' five-game road trip in the East coast.
