Anthony Davis pulled out his ‘Mamba Mentality' and knocked down one of the biggest shots of his career as he helped the Los Angeles Lakers grab a last-second win over the Denver Nuggets. AD, who has been clutch for the Lakers the entire game, buried a buzzer-beating three with just two seconds to go and was seen yelling “Kobe” as he ran down the floor to celebrate with his team.

Davis, per Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet, confirmed after the game that he was indeed screaming the great Kobe Bryant's name as after his epic buzzer-beater.

The Lakers are now 3-0 in the bubble when they're donning their black Mamba Jerseys. Talk about the perfect tribute to #24.

The four-time All-NBA First-Team member had another huge performance in the bubble. Anthony Davis finished with 31 points, nine rebounds two blocks and knocked down 2 of his four three-point attempts. The Lakers did had a fair share of the lead on Sunday but the Nuggets fought their way back and finally grabbed the lead down the stretch. Nikola Jokic, who also had a terrific evening, kept Denver in the game with a couple of clutch buckets but unfortunately for him, Davis was there to respond every time.

It's the Lakers' first trip back to the Western Conference Finals since the Kobe-led Lakers back in 2010. That was also Bryant's last championship run with the franchise. Davis and the rest of this Lakers squad know that the best tribute for “The Black Mamba” is to win it all this seasons and bring back the Larry O'Brien back to the City of Angels. Thanks to AD's game-winner, they're just six games away from that goal.
