Los Angeles Lakers center JaVale McGee is channeling his inner Stephen Curry down in Orlando, Florida.

During the Lakers' final scrimmage game on Monday against the Washington Wizards, McGee splashed home a 3-pointer from the top of the key. The 7-footer also had two blocks in the first two minutes of the game and another highlight-reel play later:

Before the 2019-20 season was suspended in March, McGee was averaging 6.8 points and 5.8 rebounds per game for the Lakers. The two-time NBA champion was also shooting 64.0 percent from the field, 50.0 percent from beyond the arc (3/6) and 65.3 percent from the free-throw line.

The Lakers have the best record in the Western Conference standings, as they hold a 5.5-game lead over the Los Angeles Clippers. Once the 2020 playoffs start, the Lakers will be one of the favorites to win the title with superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis leading the charge.
