JR Smith is at it again. With 1.1 seconds remaining in the first quarter of Game 5 against the Portland Trail Blazers, the Los Angeles Lakers shooting guard did a great job getting himself free at the corner.

The problem? Smith was out of bounds, which obviously warranted a violation for the Lakers.

Watch the brain fart from the man who infamously caused LeBron James' greatest headache in the NBA Finals:

Not again, JR. Cleveland Cavaliers fans and LeBron diehards are probably getting horrible flashbacks right now.

JR Smith has eternally become a meme for infamously forgetting the score in the 2018 NBA Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors. To recall, Game 1 was tied with just seconds remaining in regulation. George Hill missed his second free throw, which would have given the Cavaliers the lead.

Smith then made a crucial play by securing the offensive rebound near the hoop. But as we all know, he wasn't aware of the score and in his mind, they had the lead. Smith dribbled out of the paint, wasted away the clock as LeBron James looked on in agony.

James and Smith are reunited once again with the Lakers. The King certainly hopes this doesn't happen again at a more crucial stage of the playoffs, especially if they make the NBA Finals.
